About Connie Ho

Being in and around the Internet has always been a big passion for Connie Ho. This passion led Connie to a career path in creating beautiful web designs and interface design and seeing them go to life online.

Connie is currently finishing off her studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in which she will obtain a Senior Management Certificate in New Media Design and Web Development. This program has given Connie an arsenal of skills in different areas of new media, which includes web design, print design, video filming and editing, audio editing, and image manipulation. It is here that she was able to hone her skills in interface design, web design and web development.

Prior to her discovery of her passion in working with the web, Connie was working at the Toronto Dominion Bank Financial Group. Although she was not working with the web, Connie was able to learn soft skills, which includes relationship marketing, client resolution and effective conversations. She has always made a great impression on her co-workers, as she is a team player and always has a positive attitude in the work that she does.

With the knowledge Connie has from studying and working, Connie aspires to find employment in a new media firm where she is able to create web pages for clients. She would love to incorporate information architecture and interface design in the web page she creates.

With enough experience, Connie plans to be a freelance web designer with the hopes of working in different areas of Asia.
